IT PROVIDES AUTHORIZATION FOR CERTIFIED REPAIR LOCATIONS TO RECALIBRATE THE VGT ACTUATOR ANYTIME THE UNIT IS IN FOR MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS, WITH CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ON REIMBURSEMENT.
