THIS PRODUCT SUPPORT BULLETIN DESCRIBES THE CORRECTIVE ACTION OF OCCURENCES OF FAULT CODE 14 AND 36 THAT HAVE BEEN OBSERVED ON GENERATORS IN CERTAIN APPLICATIONS. IN CERTAIN CASES, THE FAULT CODES ARE DUE TO AN OVERCURRENT CONDITION CAUSING THE THE UNIT TO SHUT DOWN ON THESE FAULT CODES. THE CORRECTIVE ACTION IS TO REPLACE A CIRCUIT BOARD.
