THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN DESCRIBES THE VERIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF FAULT CODES 1921, 1922 AND/OR 3753 DUE TO THE VEHICLE NOT ACTIVELY REGENERATING THE AFTERTREATMENT WHILE IN POWER TAKEOFF (PTO) AND REMOTE MODE. IF THE ENGINE IS OPERATED FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME IN PTO OR REMOTE MODE, THE ENGINE CAN AUTOMATICALLY SHUT DOWN TO PROTECT THE AFTERTREATMENT SYSTEM FROM SEVERE DAMAGE, IF THE HIGH SOOT LOAD SHUTDOWN FEATURE IS ENABLED VIA INSITE ELECTRONIC SERVICE TOOL. NEW CALIBRATIONS WERE RELEASED TO OPEN UP THE RPM RNAGE THAT PTO REGENERATIONS WILL COMPLETE.
