THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN DESCRIBES THE VERIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF FAULT CODE 3258 DUE TO A MISSING OEM FUSE IN PETERBILT 579 AND KENWORTH T680 CHASSIS. THE FUSE THAT POWERS THE DIESEL EXHAUST FLUID \(DEF\) LINE HEATER RELAY WAS NOT INSTALLED ON SOME OF THE IDENTIFIED CHASSIS. THE FUSE PANEL LABEL DOES NOT SPECIFY A FUSE IS NEEDED IN THE REQUIRED TERMINAL.
