THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN DESCRIBES THE VERIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF GREENHOUSE GAS (GHG) PARAMETERS FOR VEHICLE SPEED AND IDLE SHUTDOWN PROGRAMMED INCORRECTLY IN CERTAIN PACCAR VEHICLES. GHG PARAMETERS ARE PASSWORD PROTECTED BY THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM). DURING PROGRAMMING AT PACCAR ASSEMBLY PLANTS, THE GHG PARAMETERS WERE PROGRAMMED INCORRECTLY.
