THIS IN-SHOP CAMPAIGN IS BEING ISSUED TO ADDRESS O-RING LEAKS IN CERTAIN ISX/QSX CM2250, CM2250 SN, CM2350 LUBE COOLER HOUSINGS RESULTING FROM SUSPECT O-RING MATERIAL. CERTIFIED REPAIR LOCATIONS ARE AUTHORIZED TO REPLACE THE O-RINGS ON THE LUBE OIL COOLER HOUSING. THIS IN-SHOP CAMPAIGN CAN BE COMPLETED ANYTIME THE UNIT IS IN FOR MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS, WITH CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ON REIMBURSEMENT. THIS IS AN UPDATE TO A PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED COMMUNICATION.
