THE NEW CYLINDER BLOCK WAS DESIGNED TO BE BACKWARD COMPATABLE FOR REPAIRS; HOWEVER, THE CYLINDER LINER DESIGN IS NOT CROSS-COMPATABLE BETWEEN CYLINDER BLOCK DESIGNS.
