ENGINE FUEL FILTERS \(PART NUMBER 21380521\) WITH DATE CODES “15\_8” \(AUGUST, 2015\) AND “15\_9” \(SEPTEMBER, 2015\) SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED ON AN ENGINE WITHOUT FIRST BEING INSPECTED \(THE DATE CODE IS MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FILTER\). DUE TO A MANUFACTURING ISSUE, FUEL DOES NOT FLOW THROUGH THE FILTER WHICH RESULTS IN A NO\-START/RUN CONDITION IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSTALLATION.
