THE FRONT AXLE U-BOLT WEDGES WERE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY ON SOME MACK CHU TRUCKS BUILT BETWEEN 11/11/2013 AND 02/24/2014. THE INCORRECT INSTALLATION OF THE WEDGE CAUSED THE UBOLTS TO BEND ON THE FRONT AXLE.
