EXHAUST HEAT SHIELD, INSTALLATION, MACK CHU AND CXU MODELS EQUIPPED WITH SLEEPER CAB AND WITHOUT SIDE AIR DEFLECTORS, BUILT BETWEEN MAY 5, 2014 AND MAY 16, 2016, DID NOT COME WITH LOWER EXHAUST ELBOW HEAT SHIELDS. IF THESE VEHICLES HAVE OR ARE LATER EQUIPPED WITH REAR PTO, THE OPERATOR MAY BE EXPOSED TO HIGH TEMPERATURE EXHAUST COMPONENTS.
