Service bulletin FSB 258-036
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
DEF SENSOR ASSEMBLY ROUTING. NEW ROUTING AND CLIPPING CHANGES HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED FOR ALL VEHICLES ASSEMBLED AFTER JANUARY 5, 2015 IN REGARDS TO THE DEF SENSOR ASSEMBLY. THE NEW ASSEMBLY WIRE IS MUCH STIFFER WHICH REQUIRES RE-ROUTING TO AVOID CABLE STRESS. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ANY PREVIOUSLY BUILT VEHICLES WHEN THE DEF SENSOR ASSEMBLY IS REPLACED.
