ON CERTAIN MACK MRU TRUCKS MANUFACTURED FROM 06/04/2014 THROUGH 06/18/2014, THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT BOLTS MAY LOOSEN OVER TIME AND POTENTIALLY CAUSE THE SEAT BELT TO DETACH FROM THE SEAT FRAME, CAB WALL, AND CAB FLOOR. DURING SEAT BELT INSTALLATION, THE TOOL USED TO INSTALL THE SEAT BELT BOLTS WAS OUT OF SPECIFICATION, CAUSING THE APPLICATION OF A LOWER TORQUE VALUE THAN REQUIRED. AS A RESULT OF THE LOWER TORQUE VALUES APPLIED, THE SEAT BELT BOLTS MAY LOOSEN OVER TIME AND POTENTIALLY CAUSE THE SEAT BELT TO DETACH.
