THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN COMMUNICATES THE RELEASE OF A NEW LUBRICATING OIL FILTER BYPASS VALVE. THE OIL FILTER BYPASS VALVE CAN LEAK, CAUSED BY IMPROPER SEALING OF THE LUBRICATING OIL FILTER BYPASS VALVE PLUNGER IN THE LUBRICATING OIL FILTER HEAD. THE NEW LUBRICATING OIL FILTER BYPASS VALVE HAS BEEN RELEASED TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.
