THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN DESCRIBES THE TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR STEPS TO CORRECT SYMPTOMS OF UNSTABLE IDLE, IDLE SURGE AND STALLS IN CERTAIN ENGINES AFTER A FUEL CONTROL VALVE IS REPLACED.
