CERTAIN 2017 ELANTRA (ADA) MAY HAVE LOWER THAN SPECIFIED TORQUE ON THE FASTENER SECURING THE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE(S). THIS MAY LEAD TO IMPROPER OPERATION OF THE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE(S). THIS BULLETIN DESCRIBES THE PROCEDURE TO CHECK AND TIGHTEN THE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE CAP SCREWS AS REQUIRED.

It provides a barrier between the paint and contaminants, such as rail dust, acid rain, and industrial fallout. In rare cases, the paint can become clouded under the PPF.
