Service bulletin FSB 261-037
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
LOW COOLANT LIGHT. SOME MACK MODEL TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH CUMMINS ENGINE MAY SHOW THE LOW COOLANT LIGHT ON THE DASH OR HAVE A MID-LEVEL COOLANT DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) LOGGED IN THE ENGINE ECU. CERTAIN DRIVING CONDITIONS CAN TRIGGER THE SENSOR TO READ A MODERATELY SEVERE LEVEL EVEN WHEN COOLANT LEVEL IS IN THE NORMAL OPERATING RANGE. VEHICLES BUILT AFTER AUGUST, 2015 HAVE NEW SOFTWARE AND A NEW SENSOR THAT NO LONGER HAS THE MODERATELY SEVERE LEVEL POSITION SENSOR.
