DUE TO MANUFACTURING PROCESS VARIATIONS, THE HOLES ON SOME FULTON WELD\-ON MOUNTING BRACKETS MAY BE OUT OF SPECIFICATION, WHICH MAY MAKE IT DIFFICULT \(OR IN THE CASE OF EXTREME VARIANCE, IMPOSSIBLE\) FOR THE PULL PIN TO FULLY SEAT INTO THE WELD\-ON MOUNTING BRACKET HOLE\(S\).
