Service bulletin 122-F6D7C-09
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

"THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT A GEAR SYNCHRONIZATION COMPONENT IN THE PDK TRANSMISSION DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE SPECIFIED DIMENSIONS ON THE AFFECTED VEHICLES. THIS CAN RESULT IN NOISES AFTER A GEAR CHANGE WHILE DRIVING. CONTINUED USE OF THE VEHICLE CAN CAUSE THE PDK TRANSMISSION TO SWITCH TO THE REDUCED DRIVING PROGRAM AND A CORRESPONDING WARNING WILL BE DISPLAYED IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER."
