Service bulletin 141-15ENU WF93-2
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
PIWIS TESTER III REPORTING & CLAIMING OF SOFTWARE ISSUES There is a possibility that the vacuum line for the exhaust flaps on the affected vehicles was installed too tightly and can loosen at one connection point over the service life of the vehicle. As a result, there is no guarantee that the exhaust flaps and other vacuum-controlled actuators on the engine will function correctly. In order to replace the vacuum line for the exhaust flaps, the rear apron must be removed and installed. On vehicles with Lane Change Assist (I-no. 457) and/or ParkAssist incl. reversing camera (I-no. 638), Lane Change Assist and/or the reversing camera must be re-calibrated using the PIWIS Tester after removing and installing the rear apron.
