14056 - MESSAGE NO BULLETIN. CERTAIN VEHICLES, EQUIPPED WITH THE TRAILERING PACKAGE (RPO Z82 WITHOUT RPO JL1), WERE SHIPPED TO DEALERS WITHOUT THE ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROLLER WIRE HARNESS. THE MISSING HARNESSES ARE BEING SHIPPED TO DEALERS FROM THE WARRANTY PARTS CENTER (WPC) FOR VEHICLES IN DEALER INVENTORY. THIS SHIPMENT WILL BEGIN MARCH 1, 2014, VIA UPS 3-DAY SHIPPING. IF A VEHICLE ASSIGNED TO YOU HAS BEEN SOLD OR DEALER TRADED, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER OR DEALER WITH THE HARNESS. GM WILL MAIL THE HARNESS TO CUSTOMERS OF RECORD.

Technician will find Diagnostic Trouble Codes P0340 and P0341 setting at times. Technician should use normal published Service Information diagnostics. If normal Service Information diagnostics does not isolate the concern, inspect for corrosion in connector X154 located on the front cover next to the vacuum pump.
PIT5391	2018-06-04. Service bulletin. This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician on how to diagnose and repair vehicles that have a no crank or a start and then immediate stall, Service Engine Soon Malfunction Indicator lamp may not be on when the ignition is in the run position. Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Codes P0513 and or P262B may also be set. Technician will pulled the driver sill plate and inspect the wiring for damaged or corroded circuits. Technician will repair any damaged or corroded circuits.
