"FLASH: 3.6L AND 5.7L POWERTRAIN DIAGNOSTIC AND SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS THIS BULLETIN INVOLVES REPROGRAMMING THE POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE \(PCM\) WITH THE LATEST AVAILABLE SOFTWARE. SOME CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE A MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP \(MIL\) ILLUMINATION. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION THE TECHNICIAN MAY FIND ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES \(DTCS\): · \*\*P0335 \- CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT. · P2610 \- PCM INTERNAL ENGINE OFF TIMER PERFORMANCE. \(5.7L ONLY\).\*\* · P0456 \- EVAP SYSTEM SMALL LEAK. · P1D73 \- ACTIVE GRILL SHUTTER \(AGS\) PERFORMANCE. \*\*IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE DTCS, THIS SOFTWARE RELEASE ALSO INCLUDES: · IMPROVED SHIFT QUALITY DURING INITIAL OPERATIONS OF A VEHICLE IN COLD AMBIENT TEMPERATURES. \(5.7L ONLY\). · IMPROVED KEY\-ON ENGINE\-OFF OIL PRESSURE LAMP BEHAVIOR.\*\*"
