"PITSTOP: SEARCHING KGIS USING SPECIFIC DOCUMENT NUMBERS OR SPECIAL KEYWORDS - AT TIMES, TECHNICIANS MAY NEED TO SEARCH FOR A SPECIFIC TSB, CAMPAIGN, PITSTOP OR TECH TIP USING THE DOCUMENT NUMBER (E.G. SC 125). FOR EXAMPLE, A SERVICE ADVISOR WILL HAND OUT A REPAIR ORDER WITH ONLY THE TSB OR CAMPAIGN NUMBER ON THE RO, OR POSSIBLY TECHLINE MAY RECOMMEND A SPECIFIC PITSTOP OR TECH TIP. TO SEARCH KGIS USING ONLY THE DOCUMENT NUMBER (IN THIS EXAMPLE CAMPAIGN SC 125 IS BEING SEARCHED FOR) FOLLOW THE STEPS SHOWN BELOW: 1.
