"ISSUE: A CUSTOMER MAY REPORT A CONCERN THAT THE MESSAGE ‘SMART KEY BATTERY LOW’ IS DISPLAYED ON THE INSTRUMENT PACK WHEN THE KEY HANDSET REMOTE IS OPERATED. CAUSE: CURRENTLY UNDER ANALYSIS. ACTION: REPLACE THE KEY HANDSET AND SUBMIT AN EPQR, WHERE THE CUSTOMER HAS REPORTED THE CONCERN WITHIN THE FIRST 12MONTHS OF SERVICE ON THE FOLLOWING MY ONWARDS VEHICLES ONLY: 13 MY XF / 12-13MY XJ"
