THIS PRELIMINARY INFORMATION COMMUNICATION ADVISES THE TECHNICIAN THAT THE CONDITION IS A NORMAL OPERATING CHARACTERISTIC OF THEIR VEHICLE. A CUSTOMER MAY COMMENT THAT THEY FEEL A STEERING BIND CONDITION WHEN THE CAR IS IN REVERSE, OR DRIVING FORWARD AND THE STEERING WHEEL IS TURNED AT OR NEAR THE FULL\-LOCK POSITION.
