THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN INTRODUCES A NEW LOW PRESSURE REGULATOR FUEL CONTROL COVER. THE LOW PRESSURE REGULATOR CAN COLLECT CONDENSATION AND UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS THE LOW PRESSURE REGULATOR CAN FREEZE AFTER THE ENGINE IS SHUTDOWN IN FREEZING AMBIENT CONDITIONS. THIS CAN RESULT IN A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, A STOP ENGINE LIGHT, ROUGH RUNNING AND FAULT CODES 2722, 2723 AND/OR 2991 UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. THE NEW LOW PRESSURE REGULATOR FUEL COVER IS TO BE USED ONLY IF CERTAIN CONDITIONS EXIST.
