THIS TECHNICAL BULLETIN PROVIDES A PROCEDURE TO REPLACE THE AFFECTED CNG TANK VALVE TO CORRECT A CUSTOMER CONCERN OF CNG GAS VENTING, LEAKING, OR RELEASING DURING EXTREME COLD TEMPERATURES AND/OR DURING REFUELING DUE TO COLD TEMPERATURES ALONG WITH THE COOLING EFFECTS OF THE REFUELING PROCESS.
