THIS TECHNICAL BULLETIN PROVIDES A PROCEDURE TO INSPECT THE FOOT OPERATED PARKING BRAKE ASSEMBLY FOR THE PRESENCE OF A RUBBER STOPPER AND REMOVE IF PRESENT TO CORRECT A CUSTOMER CONCERN THAT THE RED BRAKE INDICATOR IS ILLUMINATED WHEN THE PARKING BRAKE IS RELEASED DUE TO THE STOPPER NOT BEING REMOVED DURING ASSEMBLY.
