Service bulletin 20-58
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Early EPA07 QLD Radiator Replacement General Information As part of the changes made for early production EPA07 engines, the transmission oil cooler was moved into the radiator, and transmission oil cooler lines equipped with Gates Quick-Detach (QLD) connectors were fitted. In May 2007, on all vehicles equipped with Eaton Autoshift, Eaton Ultrashift, or heavy-duty manual transmissions, the QLD connectors were removed from production and replaced by JIC fittings; see Table 1. In October 2007, on all vehicles equipped with Allison transmissions, the QLD connectors were removed from production and replaced by Jiffy-tite fittings. Replacement radiators should be ordered according to the vehicle specification as shown in Table 1. For radiator removal and installation (for replacement) instructions, see the appropriate workshop manual.
