OMB AUTOMATIC VALVE PLUNGER FAILURE OMB LYRA AUTOMATIC VALVES USE A PLUNGER AND CORE ASSEMBLY TO CONTROL THE FLOW OF CNG THROUGH THE VALVE. THE PLUNGER AND CORE ARE INTERNAL WITHIN THE AUTOMATIC VALVE. WHEN THESE VALVES FAIL, CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: UNWANTED VALVE CLOSURE, LOW FUEL FLOW, VALVE FROSTING AND FUEL LINE CLOSES WITH FUEL REMAINING IN THE CYLINDER.
