Updated front engine accessory drive (FEAD) components. New FEAD components designed to extend the life of the A/C compressor clutch bearing. Kenworth is extending the warranty coverage of customers' air conditioning compressors for PACCAR MX-13 EPA2013 vehicle(s) built before 01/05/2015 up to three (3) years from vehicle date-in-service or 300,000 miles (480,000 km), whichever occurs first. This applies to the compressor currently installed in a customer's vehicle(s) as of the release date of this bulletin. Compressors installed after the release date of this bulletin would fulfill the extended warranty and have a standard parts warranty starting on the compressor replacement date.
