I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED A PDF CHART SHOWING THE HISTORICAL DIESEL AVERAGE OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS HIGHLIGHTING THE LEVELS WHERE OUR SURCHARGE WENT UP OR DOWN. I WILL WORK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE EXISTING QUOTES OUT THERE THAT CREATE A PROBLEM.
