THIS BULLETIN PROVIDES A SERVICE PROCEDURE TO INSPECT AND, IF NECESSARY, REPAIR THE APPEARANCE OF UNDERBODY COMPONENTS ON CERTAIN VEHICLES THAT MAY NOT MEET GM APPEARANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW VEHICLES. THESE VEHICLES MAY EXHIBIT SIGNS OF PREMATURE SURFACE DEGRADATION ON CERTAIN UNDERBODY COMPONENTS.
