NAVISTAR: FASTENER THAT CLAMPS PITMAN ARM TO STEERING GEAR SHAFT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN FULLY TIGHTENED UPON ASSEMBLY. THIS CONDITION MAY ALLOW PITMAN ARM TO SLIP ON SHAFT RESULTING IN REDUCTION OF STEERING CONTROL.
