ISUZU TRUCK: FUEL INJECTOR FAILURE\-CONTAMINATED DIESEL FUEL SECONDARY FUEL FILTER KIT. SOME RETURNED FUEL INJECTORS HAS IDENTIFIED AN OCCURRENCE OF INJECTOR MALFUNCTION DUE TO FUEL CONTAMINATION. IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT MANY OF THESE INJECTOR FAILURES ARE A RESULT OF FUEL DEBRIS CAUSING A STICKING/SEIZING CONDITION OF THE INTERNAL INJECTOR CONTROL MECHANISM. \*PE UPDATED 7/8/11. \*PE
