CERTAIN VEHICLES WITH ALL WHEEL DRIVE WERE BUILT WITHOUT AN ALL WHEEL DRIVE CAUTION LABEL. AN OPERATOR OF AN EMISSION TEST DYNAMOMETER, IN A LOCALITY WHERE AN EMISSION INSPECTION/MAINTENANCE PROGRAM REQUIRES A TEST WHILE THE VEHICLE IS BEING DRIVEN ON A DYNAMOMETER, MAY NOT BE AWARE THAT THE VEHICLE IS AN ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE AND EXEMPT FROM THE DYNAMOMETER BASED EMISSION TEST.
