THE POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) ON THE VEHICLES MAY NOT ADEQUATELY CONTROL NITROGEN OXIDE EMISSIONS LEVELS UNDER CERTAIN OPERATING CONDITIONS.
