A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| A941290 2030956- | 2017-11-08. Service bulletin. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 94 number 12 ? 88 dated September 25, 2012. The turn signal indicator lens is inoperative without any damage from outside influence. Cracks have formed in the lens and as a result condensation can be seen behind the lens. The turn signal lens can crack due to the high amount of tension in the side mirror housing. The tension is due to improper installation of the mirror at the factory and is not a defect in the mirror housing. Replacing the mirror housing will not affect this condition. |
