Service bulletin 7234
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
CUSTOMERS HAVE REQUESTED A HIGHER MOUNTING OF THE DOOR-OPENING RESTRAINT STRAP FOR THE CONDOR STAND-UP RIGHT-HAND DRIVE VEHICLE. ALTHOUGH THE CURRENT PRODUCTION DOOR-OPENING RESTRAINT STRAP MEETS ALL REQUIRED HEIGHT SPECIFICATIONS, THE MOUNTING LOCATION CAN BE RAISED 4 INCHES IF DESIRED. THIS BULLETIN PROVIDES INSTRUCTIONS AND PART NUMBERS TO RAISE THE MOUNTING LOCATION OF THE DOOR-OPENING RESTRAINT STRAP. THIS IS NOT A REQUIRED MODIFICATION. FREIGHTLINER. *TT
