Service bulletin 8035
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
FIELD REPAIR PROGRAM TO EXAMINE THE UNIBILT DAY CAB LATERAL CONTROL ROD BRACKET ON CERTAIN CLASS 8 MODELS. THE VEHICLES INVOLVED ARE SUSPECTED OF HAVING MOUNTING FASTENERS MISSING FROM THE BRACKET. THE MISSING FASTENERS COULD LEAD TO DAMAGE OF THE REAR CAB SILL. A DAMAGED REAR CAB SILL AND CONTROL ROD BRACKET DISRUPTS THE UNIBILT DAY CAB SUSPENSION FUNCTION, CAUSING ROUGH RIDE AND CAB BANGING AGAINST THE CAB SUSPENSION. *TT
