# Service bulletin 703R

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Type: Service bulletin

## NHTSA's summary

UNDER NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS, THE WATER \(COOLANT\) TEMPERATURE ON MODEL 320 AND MODEL 387 VEHICLES WILL BE BETWEEN 210 DEGREES F AND 225 DEGREES F \(99 DEGREES C AND 107 DEGREES C\). CURRENT WATER TEMPERATURE GAUGES IN THESE VEHICLES SHOW THIS RANGE AS BEING WITHIN A RED OR DANGER ZONE, WHICH IS INCORRECT AND COULD CAUSE UNNECESSARY CONCERN TO AN OPERATOR. A NEW WATER TEMPERATURE GAUGE FACEPLATE HAS BEEN DEVELOPED TO REPLACE THE CURRENT FACEPLATE. \*TT
